Telling the Faith Story

When the great cathedrals  were built they were designed to communicate  belief with high ceilings reaching to heaven and spires pointing to God, pulpits communicating the centrality of the word, altars behind screens keeping in the holiness of God. And they still do.

Within the space of our places of worship we  tell the faith   story and make it meaningful  every Sunday. The question is always about telling the story that makes it alive for us.  Retelling the faith  stories we have can be one of the most valuable faith forming activities that we do.

It builds familiarity, confidence and gives us hope. At times the story can be uncomfortable when we are in the middle. The hope is that we meet God in the story. Tell the story.
